How BabyBabyTravel collects, uses and protects your personal information.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

Who we are

BabyBabyTravel, based in London, UK, is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and our bookings. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@babybabytravel.co.uk.

What we collect

  • Contact details: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number.
  • Booking details: the trip you book, rooming preferences, payment records and emergency contact details.
  • Travel details you choose to share, such as dietary needs or accessibility requirements, used only to arrange your trip.
  • Messages you send us through the contact form, email or social media.
  • Website usage data, only if you accept analytics cookies.

How we use it and why

  • To manage your booking and trip (performance of a contract).
  • To reply to your enquiries (legitimate interests, or steps before entering a contract).
  • To keep financial and booking records (legal obligation).
  • To send news about future trips, only if you opt in (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To measure and improve our website and adverts, only if you accept analytics or marketing cookies (consent).

Who we share it with

We only share what is needed to deliver your trip or run our business: hotels, transport and activity providers in the destination; our bank and payment providers; our website host and email provider; and Google, for analytics and advertising only where you have consented. Some of these suppliers are outside the UK. Where that happens we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes, usually six years. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, and ask for a copy to move elsewhere. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email us to make a request. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:

  • Essential cookies that remember your cookie choice. These are always on.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) that show us how visitors use the site. Only with your consent.
  • Marketing cookies (Google Ads) that measure enquiries and bookings from our adverts and let us show ads to people who have visited before. Only with your consent.

We use Google Consent Mode, so Google tags do not store cookies until you agree. You can change your choice at any time using .
