Last updated: 21 October 2026
Booking and deposit
To book, complete the booking form on our website and pay the £300 deposit by card. Your place is confirmed once we receive your deposit and send written confirmation. The deposit is non-refundable, subject to your statutory rights.
Payments and instalments
The total price of the Oman Sisters' Escape is £950 per person, based on twin-sharing accommodation. After the deposit, the remaining £650 can be paid in instalments. All outstanding payments must be completed by 20 November 2026. If the balance is not paid by this date, we may treat the booking as cancelled by you.
If you cancel
- Before 25 November 2026: your £300 deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments will be refunded, subject to applicable consumer rights and reasonable cancellation costs.
- 25 November to 11 December 2026: cancellation charges may be up to 100% of the total £950 package price, where justified by the costs and losses incurred.
- If someone takes your place: we will consider any recovered costs and savings when calculating your refund. You may receive a partial or full refund, including your deposit.
If we cancel
If we cancel the trip, including because the minimum group size is not reached, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to BabyBabyTravel for the cancelled package, including your £300 deposit. Refunds will be issued within 14 days where required by the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
What's included
The package includes the accommodation, transfers, activities and meals listed on the trip page. International flights, visas, travel insurance, meals not listed and personal expenses are not included.
